More About Mega Swachhata Abhiyaan 2026

On 1st March 2026, a mega cleanliness drive (Swachhata Abhiyaan) was successfully organized across Maharashtra, Delhi, Goa, Gujarat, Karnataka, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh under the guidance of Dr. Shri Nanasaheb Dharmadhikari Pratishthan, Revdanda, Tal. Alibag, Dist. Raigad.

A total of 97,025 volunteers participated in the drive, cleaning 33,89,561 sq.mt. of government offices, hospitals and other premises, 2,089 km of roads, and 32 km of sea shore. A total of 2,377 tonnes of wet and dry garbage was collected and transported to the dumping ground. The administration extended valuable cooperation for this drive.
